Our passion lies in transforming these historic buildings into unique, interesting, and unconventional living and workspaces that breathe new life into communities.

By repurposing old buildings, we not only honor their past but also harness their former essence to create spaces that are both functional and captivating. Our approach focuses on preserving the character and charm of these buildings while infusing them with modern amenities and design elements. In doing so, we aim to not only rediscover these architectural gems but also to establish them as vibrant centerpieces that catalyze the growth and development of the communities they inhabit.

About the Founder

  • Angela Hicks, MBA, PMP has accelerated the growth of multi-billion-dollar Fortune 500 companies through defining, and implementing, innovative strategies. She has also identified multi-million-dollar cost savings opportunities through thoughtful customer insights and competitive analysis. Part of what feeds her soul is partnering with smart people to drive improved operational and financial results in their businesses!
  • She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Management Information Systems (M.I.S.), a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with concentrations in Finance and Marketing, and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • She enjoys exploring the world on foot by racing half- and full marathons. Her best training partners are her two rescue dogs, Nola Shay and Miles Davis.
